Ultrasound-guided Sclerotherapy

Permanently eliminates even larger and deeper varicose veins

Ultrasound-guided schlerotheropy is a state-of-the-art technology diagnostic-imaging tool. It can be used to pinpoint the exact location of a vein's malfunction to evaluate blood flow in a non-invasive manner.

Duplex-guided sclerotherapy images the diseased vein on an ultrasound machine to exactly pinpoint the site of the injection. Its use in sclerotherapy includes being able to diagnose malfunctions in bigger and deeper veins and in enhancing procedural safety and efficiency. This technique is used for treatment of larger veins. When these are successfully closed, regular sclerotherapy is then used.
