Endovenus Ablation

Fast and minimally invasive

This is a quick, minimally invasive laser procedure that leaves no scar and can on an outpatient basis in our offices. Endovenus Ablation therapy uses heat to destroy vein tissue. A thin catheter (or tube) is inserted into the vein through a tiny skin incision under local anesthesia. Then, using laser energy, the vein is heated and cauterized, which closes off the vein. The treatment takes less than one hour, using local anesthetic and then laser energy to the vein.

This approach is very effective. Postoperative studies show that endovenus ablation has a 98 percent success rate and excellent long-term results
